Whilst the majority of people find the fully coached group sessions at CrossFit Henleaze to be fantastic value and generate amazing results, some look for the additional accountability and guidance that can be found when working with a Personal Trainer. At the Bank Fitness you will be able to find offerings from CrossFit Henleaze's excellent coaching team as well as fantastic local trainers working out of fully equipped private Personal Training studios on site.

Meet the team
CrossFit Henleaze's expert staff of CrossFit Level 1, 2 and 3 trainers are on hand to personally tailor and guide you through your fitness journey during one-to-one sessions. Equipped with the latest training equipment, our coaches will enable you to reach your goals in safe and sustainable 30-minute or 60-minute work out sessions.

Coach Raf
CrossFit Henleaze Head Coach
Raf is Head Coach at CrossFit Henleaze. He can offer any sort of coaching from general strength and conditioning to specific Olympic Weightlifting training. Raf currently works with Teens up to Seniors and generates all the exercise programming for all of the classes at CrossFit Henleaze.

Coach Lewis
CrossFit Henleaze Coach
Lewis is a Coach at CrossFit Henleaze. With a background in rugby, rowing and football, a Sports and Exercise Science degree and a CrossFit Level One trainer qualification, Lewis has a good knowledge base to go along with his friendly and easy going nature. He currently works with our Kids up to Seniors.

Coach Sarya
CrossFit Henleaze Coach
Sarya is a CrossFit Level 2 coach at CrossFit Henleaze and CrossFit Trym. She offers any type of coaching from general strength and conditioning to more specific gymnastics or Olympic Weightlifting and loves working with people of all abilities and any type of goal, be it fitness related or performance related. Sarya coaches our kids classes all the way up to our Seniors.
Availability – Mon-Sat
A one-to-one training session is our premium service and it is fully tailored to each individual. We
have availability throughout the week to suit your schedule.

Find your perfect fit with flexible membership options
Pick a session pack to suit your requirements with discounts offered when purchasing packs of 5 or more. Once you have your pack purchased you can arrange directly with your trainer to book in sessions via WoDBoard - an app available on iOS and Android. You can keep track of your training achievements and personal bests via the WoDBoard app.
